- Login to your Norservers customer account here: Customer Account
- Choose Domains > Registered Domains from the main menu
- Select Settings beside the domain for which you intend to update contact information.
- Choose the "Update Contact Info" button or "WHOIS Contacts" button.
- You will see three tabs: Registrant, Admin, Tech. Update your contact info under each tab as necessary.
- Click the Save Changes button.
It might take a few minutes for the changes to be applied and potentially a few hours for them to be reflected in the WHOIS information.
